SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

What am I suffering from?


(a)Signs – pale, clammy skin, weak pulse, (g)Signs – sudden clutching at chest, grey
possible loss of temporary consciousness facial appearance, possible collaspe
Symptoms – dizziness, nausea, shivering,
Hot Symptoms- Persistent chest pain that will
not go away
(b)Signs- wheezing, agitated and bluish lips
Symptoms- difficulty in breathing and a
feeling of suffocation. (h)Signs- sudden coughing, inability to speak or breath.
Symptoms- obstruction in the respiratory
(c)Signs- swelling, rash, gasping, collaspe system, dizziness, difficulty breathing.
Symptoms-feeling of suffocation, gasping of
breath, shivering.
(i)Symptoms - Rapid, shallow breathing, Cold,
(d)Signs- sudden loss of consciousness, clammy skin, Rapid, heart rate , weak pulse,
seizure/convulsions, frothing at mouth Dizziness and Fainting.
Symptoms- patient feels an ‘aura’, memory Signs- Eyes appear to stare, anxiety or agitation
Loss after seizure. Their can taste/smell things seizure , confusion or unresponsiveness
Low or no urine output Bluish lips and fingernails
(e) Signs: slurred speech, drunken movements Sweating and chest pain.
Symptoms: aggression, agitated, lethargic
(j) Signs low blood pressure,fast heart rate, vomiting
(f)Signs- pain in arm or chest, shallow
pale
Breathing Symptoms abdominal pain,lethargic and weak.,
Symptoms- nausea, breathlessness and chest nausea.
And arm pain.
(k) Signs: sudden weakness in limbs, body or face,
difficulty in speaking, loss of balance
Symptoms- sudden headache, sudden confusion,
sudden dizziness and disturbance in vision.
