as a caregiver.
– Miguel— her 15-year-old son who after years of separation is now living
with him in Canada
Why did Isabel work as a caregiver
in Canada when she already had a
stable job here in the Philippines
and her husband was also working?

apart because the mother needed to
leave the country and worked abroad in her
desire to give her family especially
her son, a good future.
