 Among all materials in our world, diamond is the most valuable one.
However, there are few people know about the existence of
EMERALD DIAMOND- the RAREST DIAMOND in all kind of diamond

The Green color of this highly valued and greatly admired stone is a
direct symbol of nature and symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility
Which are coincidentally coincides with the values that Q2 Thao Dien want to bring to the residents
Therefore in this event, our team would like to use the Emerald Diamond as the image for Q2 Thao Dien’s apartment
and all the guests who come to this exclusive event will be
the firsts to claim the ownership for their own Emerald Diamond

application on iPad.
Then, the guest will be invited to sign their
signature on the picture by a touch pen.
Finally, the picture will be printed out and be
delivered to our guest along with a special frame.

from Frasers). After the timing, the
function is blocked

APPENDIX
TASK ALLOCATION
Q2 THAO DIEN FRASERS PROPERTY PARTICIPATION
• Supply all information for the whole event
• Booking of approved venue for the execution
• Supply program flow for main presentations
• Supply the names of all delegates
• Handle invitation with the invited guests, executive speech/ translation...
AE MEDIA’S ROLE
• To work out the approved concept, ideas and plans.
• Budget management and vendor/supplier research
• Overall management of the whole event day ensuring the safety and security of the participants
• Theme decor and props, materials, banners, standees, license.
WORKING PROCESS
• Receiving the event brief
• Provide the direction to approve
• Provide the final proposal to approve
• Sign the contract and receive the deposit payment after signing the contract in 7 days
• Working with the suppliers and site check the venue
• Preparing and setup the day before the event
• Excute the event
• Liquidate the contract and receive the rest of the payment in 14 days
