Detailed Process Description

The asset procurement starts with determining the need of a particular


assets with certain specs and it is created by the finance team in the form of
asset master . The material is declared as an Asset in material master
followed by a purchase order with account assignment category ‘A” . A
corresponding GR is created against the purchase order followed by the
invoice verification .
