Scissors

Tape Dispenser

Knife and Fork
1 Sit on a chair with your feet
touching the floor.

2 Have an adult put the knife and


the fork on the table in front of
you.

Remember!
Knives can be unsafe.
Some knives are very sharp and they
are for adults only.
You can use a child-safe knife and
fork to eat with.
Point the knife and the fork
downwards.

3 Pick up the knife for cutting
with the hand that feels
natural.

4 Put your Peter Pointy finger on


top of the knife.

Remember!
The sharp teeth must always face
down to the table!

5 Cut with a sawing motion
- forwards and back, forwards
and back.

6 Use your other hand to hold


the fork.

7 Point the fork downwards and


use Peter Pointy on top. Curl
the other fingers around.

6 Hold the food with the fork


and cut it with the knife,
moving forwards and back.
