 introduction
01 Before we dive into the event we have planned, let's take a look at the
research we conducted to plan the charity event. Our research revealed
that many children living in poverty need basic necessities such as food,

water and education. Our team decided to lend a helping hand to these

children by organizing a charity event.

02 The event:
Our charity event is called 'Help a Child', and it aims to raise funds to
provide basic necessities to poor and left-behind children. We decided

to set up a site in the environmental science classroom where we could

Planning and Events
Execution:

We originally planned that a large number of students might

participate in our project, but due to the lack of publicity in the early
stage, most of the students may not know about this activity. In the
next activity, we need to avoid such a situation, and we can announce

the activity to the morning bulletin.As a result, we ended up receiving

almost no donations, so the campaign ended badly.In the pre-planning

stage, we also arranged how to collect charity donations and how to

collect clothes. But sometimes you don't just have to plan, you have to
practice.

Organizing this event gave me first-hand experience in event planning and management. The skills I learned
from this experience - project management, negotiation with sponsors, and budgeting - will be beneficial in
my future endeavors. It also reinforced the value of corporate social responsibility to businesses, especially
towards vulnerable individuals in society

 Conclusion:
Overall, Help a Child was a successful charity event, and I am proud

to have been a part of it. We were able to raise funds that will go a long
way in improving the lives of poor and left-behind children. I urge

everyone to support charity events whenever possible - it is a small

gesture that makes a big difference.
