1. ABOUT GREEN KEY INTERNATIONAL

 Internationally recognized by high-


profile entities like the World Tourism
Organization (UNWTO) and UN, UN
Environment (UNEP), and the Green
Key criteria are recognized by the
Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
 High quality eco label with high
standards defined by the transparency
of the program, regular on-site audits
conducted by well-trained Green Key
auditors and third-party verification
 It is a multi-stake eco-labeling program having
International Steering Committee, which is the political
body behind the program, is composed of the founders of
the program, representing the tourism and hospitality
industry, and of representatives from the Foundation for
Environmental Education. In most countries, Green Key
national juries which consist of representatives from
different ministries, NGOs, and the tourism and hospitality
sector make the decision on the awards. In this way, it is
ensured that the program is not driven by one single entity
but involves multiple stakeholders.
 The Green Key award is a leading standard of
excellence in the field of environmental responsibility
and sustainable operation within the hotel and tourism
industry which result in Education, Innovation, Value
Addition and Promotion
 Green Key has over 2900 awarded establishments in
57 countries, which makes it one of the most
geographically widespread tourism eco labels in the
world.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL UNDERTAKINGS

2.1 Sustainability education

2.2 Energy saving action

2.4 Waste Management
 Capital has a policy to segregate waste in to

recyclable wastes. As same time, there is a

guests use so.
 As well, capital is not using hazardous
chemicals which are blacklisted for health
concern. We have linen and Towel reuse
sign for the guests to play their part in
minimizing chemicals and water. Capital has
segregated last floor smoking rooms where
87% of our rooms are reserved for our non-
smoker guests.
 Our hotel has capital green procurement
policy, most Capital suppliers are eco-labeled,
fair traded, locally produces which at least
must be approved by the food, drinks and
drugs or environment protection authority.
 Therefore, as part of our responsibility and
the capital green policy, our future agreement
will include all these green key concerns.
 Capital believe that our third partners will
share this vision and work on it for our future
generation.
