Title: Air Cooler System

Introduction
The purpose of this report is to present an air cooler system that utilizes a
chocolate box as the main enclosure. The system is designed to intake hot air and
provide cool air using simple components such as a motor, a small fan, a switch,
ice, and a battery. This report will outline the required components, the process of
constructing the system, provide a circuit block diagram, and include relevant
pictures. The conclusion will summarize the effectiveness and limitations of the air
cooler system.

1
Required Components
The following components are required to build the air cooler system:
• Chocolate box (with lid): Serves as the main enclosure for the system.
• Simple motor: Provides rotational power to drive the small fan.
• Small fan: Circulates air within the chocolate box to cool it down.
• Switch: Allows control over the system's operation.
• Ice: Cools the air passing through the system.
• Battery: Supplies power to the motor and fan.

2
Process
The construction of the air cooler system involves the following steps:
Step 1: Prepare the chocolate box
Ensure the chocolate box is clean and free from any residues.
Remove the lid from the box and set it aside for later use.
Step 2: Mount the motor and fan
Attach the motor securely to the inside of the box using adhesive or screws.
Attach the small fan to the shaft of the motor.
Step 3: Create an air inlet and outlet
Cut a hole in the side or bottom of the chocolate box to serve as the air inlet.
Ensure the hole is large enough for air to freely enter the box.
Cut a smaller hole in the lid of the box to serve as the air outlet.

3
Step 4: Install the switch
Attach the switch to the side of the box, near the motor.
Connect the necessary wiring from the switch to the motor.
Step 5: Add ice and battery
Place ice inside the chocolate box, ensuring it does not obstruct the movement of
the fan.
Install the battery in a secure location within the box, connecting it to the motor.
Step 6: Assemble and test the system
Securely attach the lid to the box, ensuring a tight seal.
Turn on the switch to activate the motor and fan.
Verify that air is being drawn in through the inlet, cooled by the ice, and expelled
through the outlet.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the air cooler system utilizing a chocolate box as an enclosure
provides a simple and affordable solution for cooling air. By incorporating a motor,
small fan, switch, ice, and battery, the system effectively draws in hot air, cools it
down with the ice, and expels cool air. The use of a chocolate box as the enclosure
adds a creative and easily accessible component to the system. However, it is
important to note that this system is intended for small-scale cooling applications
and may have limitations in terms of cooling capacity and durability. Further
improvements and modifications can be explored to enhance the performance and
efficiency of the air cooler system.
