within that work area, surfaces such as desks, tables or even floors.
 It will sanitize the surface with the use of sanitizing liquids and while it automatically sanitizes the surface it
will also sanitize the air by spreading sanitation liquid.
 In this way, after the person used that working area all of the bacterias or viruses brought will be sanitized to
avoid the spread.

V. Production (Plant Rated Capacity)

 The volume of the production per shift per day will be 20-30 units and it will depend on the consumption of
the target market, as the sales goes up the volume of the production per shift per day will also adjust to
balance out the volume and production.
V. Production (Plant Location)
V. Production (Machinery and Equipment)

 The machines that are going to be used are: Soldering Machines, Drilling Machines, Machines for building
the model of the product, Printers, Screw Machines, etc.
 Most of the materials that are going to be used here are ABS plastics, metals, circuit, electronic parts.
 The purchase of the machines and equipments will estimate to 50,000 pesos above depending in the brand
and the type of machines that are going to be used.
V. Production (Building and Facilities)

 The building will have certain areas where staffs will be able to work and focus their work without any
disturbances, the building will have two separate buildings or rooms. The first building will have the
Logistics Area, Programmers’ Area, Meeting Rooms, Restrooms, Resting Area while the other room or
building will have the production area and the storage area where all of the machines will be located at and
where mostly the staffs that are administered in the area will be located at.
V. Production (Raw Materials)

 In terms of the raw materials needed, such as ABS plastics, electronic parts such as Arduino UNO, sensors,
motors, and other electronic parts it will be required for the company or the production of the product.
 The supplier will be those who have a trustworthy company where deals are reasonable enough and the
terms will be also negotiable.
V. Production (Power, Supply and Utilities)

 The power that we need will be discussed like partnering with a private power production company and we
will have some spare generators incase power outage occurs, drainage systems will be appropriate and will
comply the city ordinances.
 All of the supplies and utilities will comply the laws of the city and we will install proper and continuous
flow of supplies or utilities inside the company.
V. Production (Production Cost)

 To the production cost, we will compute it basing on the expenditures that was recorded, the labor and the
raw materials used.
 For example the Hygieia’s cost will range from 5,000 to 8,000 since machines will be used, labors from the
programmer, t.e and b.t, the materials that are going to be used and the features that the product will have.
VI. Financial Studies (Total Project Cost)

 As of the moment, it is still unclear and debatable of the total project cost since machines are going to be
used, large buildings will be rented or bought, importation of raw materials and taxes will be included. So
the total cost of the project is still equivocal.
VI. Financial Studies (Capital Investment
Required)

 The capital investment required is still equivocal also, but if estimation is required, roughly 15 million pesos
is required for a starting point of the business and a stable one.
