Introduction

In this project, the main organization


involving lots of volunteers - International
Dialogue for Environmental Action (IDEA),
which was introduced on July 12, 2011, by
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev
Foundation Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva is discussed.
Project Description and Goals
This project aims to:
• increase job satisfaction of the volunteers of IDEA Campaign
• promote volunteering in Azerbaijan
• positively impact the career path of youth
• increase the number of volunteers at IDEA Campaign

• Identifying the current satisfaction level


• Conducting analysis of interview results
• Developing strategies to increase job
satisfaction among volunteers
• Strict compliance of the project schedule
• Accurate budgeting plan
