Flip is remittance service. The user flow is not 1-click done.
The app usually shows the benefit of the service, how to use
the service even though you have not signed up yet. That is
why, users that stay over than 10 seconds, most likely
observe the service and can be considered as Active

personal data. When personal data has been filled, the user
can be considered as an active user, because he/she will be

transaction
Time gap between the last and next transaction can be
measured as a Retention. The shorter the gap between
transaction, the better. It means, users will use the service
multiple times

Churn rate

Churn rate indicates how many users leave the service. The
lower the churn rate, user most likely come back to use the
service and can be considered as good Retention

Users that have been completed multiple transaction, have


felt the benefit of the product. We can measure this metric to
know how good the Retention is.

2. Choose where to transfer
3. Click Add destination
4. Choose Bank destination
5. Input bank account destination
6. Input the amount of money you want to transfer
7. Choose Transfer Method
8. Transfer the fund from your bank account
9. Confirm the transfer by clicking “Saya sudah transfer” button
10. Transfer finished
