Contextualization: Examples:

GRAMMAR NOTE
If anywhere in the structure the verb to be is used with a noun, it may be omitted. If it is
included, it follows the nouns and is not contracted.
Examples:
The fuller the restaurant (is) the slower the service (is).
The more motivated the students (are), the more they learn.
The more expensive the car (is), the better it should be.
GRAMMAR NOTE #2
However, if we do not use a noun, but if the pronoun, we must include the verb without
contration.
Examples:
The simplier it is, the easier it is to understand.
The more fashionable the clothes (are), the more unconfortable they are.
