Register to Police

using Two Factor
Authentication
1. Download and install the Google
Authenticator Application on your
Mobile phone (android or iOS)

 2. On your computer, access the POA system @
https://www.policeopenacademy.pnp.gov.ph

3. Click Login

 4. Input the PNP Email System (PES) email as username and
payslip account nr as default password

 5. Upon successful log-in, user will be prompted to change the
password (take note of your new password).

 6. You will be prompted to login to the system using now the new
password you provided earlier. Then scan QR code that appears
using the authenticator app installed on your mobile device.

Then Click Complete

4. Enter 6 digit number (code) found on your authenticator app
(Note: this code refreshes every 60 seconds)

 4. If your verification codes generated by Google authenticator
aren’t working. Follow these steps:

Time
3. Open Date and Time
then turn on your
automatic date and time.
