Nutrients – balanced diet -  

Protein ( amino acids ) - muscles – Growth - repair

Carbohydrates (glucose)– Energy

Fruit  - Vitamins -  vegetables – Minerals – immune system –Scurvy

Water - Constipated – Fat - Moderation


When you eat carbs, your body breaks them down
into simple sugars (glucose), which are absorbed into
the bloodstream and to the cells, where the sugar can
be used as a source of energy.
