Input “First name” etc,. and set user level to “User”

Select “UM Group No.” and input “Mailbox number” that shouldn’t be exist.
Input Mailbox Password

Input “Login ID” and “Password”, then click “OK”

Click “Add/Delete” and “select supervisor extension”, then click “OK”
then click “OK”

Select “Supervisor”, assign “Destination Mailbox“, select “type of calls to record”

then click “OK”. Click “List View”, then click “OK”
Click OK to store
If you forgot then setting will not be stored
