• Draw out opinions and ideas
• Focus on HOW, WHAT
• Never take sides

Encourage participation:
• Check comfort level.
• Allow all ideas to be heard.
• Make members feel good about their
contributions.
• Ideas and decisions should be group nominated.
• Be Supportive.
