AMAZING RACE

GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. All participants must be a bona fide student of Academia De. Tecnologia In
Mindanao and an active member of the Adtm Pice Student Chapter.
2. Each team must have one group composed of 10 members.

GENERAL MECHANICS
1. The entire race will have a total of 5 stations.
2. The stations have either 1 or 2 tasks for the team to accomplish.
3. Each team will be provided with a different MAP (coupon for station arrangements)
for them to follow accordingly. They will start from different stations to avoid
commotion.
4. This is a timed-gam gam game. To those stations who do not require time to finish
the obstacle, their facilitators will be required to have a timer to record the exact time
consumed by each team for the specific task. This is for transparency purposes, during
the recording and ranking of winners.
5. All facilitators are required to give a flag each team’s coupon upon finishing the
task to ensure and signify that the team was able to accomplish the obstacle.
6. Whoever finishes all the obstacles from the 5 stations at the fastest time, will be
hailed as winner.
7. Winners will be recognized as FIRST PLACE, SECOND, and THIRD PLACE,
respectively.

STATION 1 (FIND YOUR COURSE)


• This station is located in the backstage room.
• The mechanics of the game is, in plate, a coin letter is placed in the bottom, and
covered with water mixed in cornstarch, and to find the coin you can use your face
individually.
• After you get the coin letters, you can solve the puzzle word, and if the word is
correctly the facilitator gives you a flag to proceed to another station.

STATION 2 (SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM)


• This station is located at the left side of stage room.
• Before you enter the station room, they have mini challenge to do, to proceed to
main challenge.
• This station is solving a PEMDAS problem, that teaches you to build or
strengthen your math problem-solving skills.
• Before solving the PEMDAS PROBLEM, each member should pick a number to
assign their partner, and solve the 1 problem each partner.
• If the five (5) problems are correctly solved, the facilitator give you a flag to
proceed to another station.

STATION 3 (BUILD YOUR DREAM PYRAMID)


• This station is located at the outside of office room.
• To build your pyramid you can use a yarn and a rubber band.
• The goal of the game is to take 15 cups and make them stack into a pyramid
shape with four levels (five cups on the bottom, then four cups then three cups, then
two cups, and one cup on top) as fast as you can.
• After you build your pyramid the facilitator give you a flag to proceed to another
station.

STATION 4 (SAVE YOUR LIFE)


• This station is located at the backstage stairs.
• Before you proceed with the game, they have a mini challenge that you do, that
you can use in the main game.
• This station is game that teach you to save a life of a someone, because this game
is you will save the egg using the straw and rubber bands to cover the egg.
• And if your done covering the egg, the facilitator is will try to drop the egg to
testing if the egg is fully covered. And if the egg is safe you will safe to the
consequence of the game, but if failed you face the consequences, and the facilitator
give you a flag to proceed to another station.

STATION 5 (PICE CHAPTER A MYSTERY CHALLENGES)


• This station is located to the front of stage.
• This station will 10 mystery challenges, in every challenge you received a
LETTER that you will arrange to end of the game.
• And if you finished the all 10 mystery challenges, the facilitator giving you a flag
to proceed to another station.
