HUÁNUCO ORÍGEN DE LA ORATORIA Nació en Sicilia (Italia) y fue en Grecia donde se desarrolló. LA ORATORIA EN LA EDAD ANTIGUA Los Griegos pagaban a un Logógrafo para ser defendidos en tribunales. En los juicios no había abogados ni fiscales propiamente dichos. Los logógrafos: escritores profesionales de discursos. Personas respetables, honestas y expertos en el arte de hablar. La Oratoria estuvo influenciado por Sócrates (469-399 a.c) quien creo una Escuela de Oratoria en Atenas. Otro orador representativo fue DEMOSTENES. Nació en el año 384 a.c. en Atenas Su primera conferencia fue un fiasco y todos lo abuchearon. Él asumió esas burlas como un desafío a su carácter y se encerró. Trabajó y practicó hasta convertirse en uno de los mejores oradores que ha visto el mundo. ORATORIA EN LA EDAD MEDIA La oratoria se desarrolló durante los siglos XI y XII, con la llegada del cristianismo, caracterizada por la oratoria sagrada, predicación de la época; los más representativos formaron parte de la iglesia. ORATORIA EN LA EDAD MODERNA Desde el descubrimiento de América hasta la Revolución Francesa. En la edad moderna la oratoria fue utilizada especialmente como un don con el cual se logró la agitación de las masas de un pueblo. ORATORIA EN LA EDAD CONTEMPORÁNEA Desde que finaliza la Revolución Francesa, 1799, hasta la actualidad, se dice que las cualidades esenciales de la oratoria contemporánea no son más que la naturalidad y veracidad de lo que se habla. En la EDAD CONTEMPORÁNEA, se destaca como orador promitente MARTIN LUTER KING, quien luchó por los derechos civiles de los afro estadounidenses. Utilizó la oratoria en la predicación religiosa y el activismo por el cual recibió el premio nobel de la paz en 1969. CONCEPTO DE ORATORIA CONCEPTO DE ORATORIA Es el arte de hablar con elocuencia y también un género literario, que se concreta en distintas formas y características : a. El discurso: Razonamiento o exposición que se lee o pronuncia en público, a fin de convencer o persuadir. b. La disertación: Razonar, discurrir detenida y metódicamente sobre alguna materia, para exponerla o para refutar opiniones ajenas. c. La conferencia: Discurso en donde se debate y expone un determinado asunto de tipo científico, social, político, etc. d. El sermón: Discurso cristiano u oración evangélica que predica el sacerdote ante los fieles. CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA ORATORIA Según el Orador: • Conocimiento: tener el mayor conocimiento sobre el tema que escogerá para ser manifestado. • Integridad: el orador debe ser íntegro. • Confianza: el orador debe tener plena confianza de sí mismo. • Destreza y Habilidad: un orador debe tener destreza y habilidad frente a su público. Según el punto de vista físico: • La voz: pues definitivamente debemos de hacer uso de un adecuado timbre de voz. • El cuerpo del orador: tener una postura correcta, estar vestido adecuadamente y utilizar gestos y mímicas acorde con las palabras que pronunciamos. Según el punto de vista Intelectual y Emocional: • Clara y Entendible: la oratoria se debe de manifestar de manera clara, entendible y precisa para un mayor éxito comunicativo. • Impactante y fácil de recordar: la oratoria necesariamente debe ser impactante para captar la atención del público y de ésta manera les sea fácil de recordar.
