CHICKOY

(CHICKEN + KAMOTENG KAHOY)

 Introduction
Our product can be compared to
an ordinary “okoy”, but our product
is not just an ordinary okoy
because it has different and special ingredients
such as kamoteng kahoy, eggs and chicken.
 Ingredients
(CHICKOY)
• 2 kg of kamoteng kahoy (grated)
• 3 sachets of pepper (grinded)
• 1 bottle of cooking oil
• 5 pcs medium-sized red onions
• 4 pcs of eggs
• ½ kg of chicken (thigh part, boneless)
 Ingredients
(Sauce)
• ½ cup of sugar
• 1 liter of vinegar
• 2 medium-sized red onions
• 2 sachets of pepper (grinded)
 Procedures
• First, prepare all the ingredients and the materials.
• Second, mix the ingredients for chickoy.
• Third, pour the cooking oil in the heated pan.
• Then start frying the chickoy .
• Lastly, present your product.
