SILANG CAVITE.
 SCOPE AND LIMITATION

Our scope in this case study is to learn more every related operations how to manage properly a small
business and the problem and failures that affects in small business. And we want to know what strategies
or methods needed to run a small business.
 REASON FOR CHOICE OF
PROJECT

• We chose this study because we know a person that owns a small business in Silang with employees, and the
human resources or HR needs to pay them, which is why we need effective payroll systems, as well as
information and knowledge about more effective payroll systems in employees.
 IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY

• We will look for information on how they thought of building the business, and why this is the
business they thought of for them. We want to find out more and why they thought to build a
business in the midst of the pandemic we are currently facing. Find out more about how and why
they want to do business while studying.

• Our possible beneficiary in this study was the friend of our classmate because of their business it. We
want to know how they run or how they offer or introduce their business so that it can be sold. But it is
still not an easy business because it is not easy to think or how to do how they run a business.
