 Proud to celebrate the fair of the Virgin of Guadalupe
every year as good Pacasmayinos that we are

The Virgin of Guadalupe fair is a traditional

festival in Pacasmayo. People celebrate it every
year in march. Every year the church of Pacasmayo
and the municipality organize this fair in
commemoration of the Virgin of Guadalupe. The
Virgin of Guadalupe is important because she is the
patron saint of the province of Pacasmayo. It's an
incredible festival.
People from other cities come to this great fair. Most of the people go
to have fun at the games, to eat in the restaurants and to see the dances
and singers that come with their whole family. Some people participate in
the festival by taking part in the parade with floats and dancing typical
dances. It is an incredible and sensational festival from start to finish.
