 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - is the highest-ranking executive in a company, whose primary
responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of
a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors (the board) and
corporate operations and being the public face of the company. A CEO is elected by the board and its
shareholders.
 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of
an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. The CMO ensures the organization's message is
distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives.
