What is design thinking ?
Design Thinking is a method which
prioritises the customers' requirements and
wants over everything else. It includes taking
feedback from the customer, and finding an
innovative solution to the problems
occurring.
Design Thinking is a solution-based
approach which focuses on finding the
solutions rather than problems and
obstacles as in problem-based thinking
Why is design thinking important
Design thinking:
❏ Revolves around a deep interest to understand the people
for whom we design products and services.
❏ Helps us observe and develop empathy with the target
users.
❏ Enhances our ability to question: in design thinking you
question the problem, the assumptions and the
implications.
