Thinking
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a method which
prioritises the customers' requirements
and wants over everything else. It
includes taking feedback from the
customer, and finding an innovative
solution to the problems
occurring.

DesignThinking is a solution-based
approach which focuses on finding the
solutions rather than problems and
obstacles as in problem-based thinking
Examples of Design thinking
NETFLIX-
Although many companies use design thinking, Netflix
has used it repeatedly and became a Giant
Whenit was first starting, Netflix's biggest
competition was Blockbuster, which required people to
drive to stores to rent DVDs and same to return
them. This was an inconvenience to many, so Netflix
eliminated this inconvenience by delivering the DVDs
to people's homes.
When Netflix realised people were hungry for more
and original content it created it's own series to
meet the publics' want and now it is the most
popular streaming service world wide
APPLE-
Apple is another company that uses
Design Thinking to figure out what its
users want and giving them
opportunities to do what they were not
able to do before. Making and testing
prototypes is the most important part
of their process. Apple's operating
system is based on focusing on what the
customers want and then figuring out
how to do that on the technical side.
