MODIFYING A NOUN IN A SENTENCE
 これは りんごです。 (small apple)
これは ちいさい りんごです。

Modifying a noun in a sentence.

 しゃちょうは まいにち くるまで かいしゃに いきます。

Subject は stem+ な noun です。

 This is a lively store.

これは にぎやかな みせ です。
 It is (i.e. Here is) a quiet park.

ここは しずかな こうえん です。

 It’s a convenient bus stop.

べんりな バスてい です。

 Mr Tanaka’s wife is a famous person.

たなかさんの おくさんは ゆうめいな ひと です。

 Roses have beautiful flowers.

バラは きれいな はな です。

 My mother is a kind person.

 I have a free day on Sunday.
