SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE: THE DEFIANT LEADER

Subhas Chandra Bose's most significant contribution was the


establishment the Indian National Army (INA) in 1942.
Bose's leadership reignited the spirit of nationalism among
Indians
Bose established the Azad Hind Government in exile, which
sought to establish a provisional government for India's
independence.
Bose undertook diplomatic efforts to garner international support
for India's freedom struggle.
Bose's famous call for "Delhi Chalo" (March to Delhi) rallied
support and garnered public attention.

MOVEMENT
Bhagat Singh is remembered for his daring acts of defiance
against British rule.
Bhagat Singh founded the HSRA, a revolutionary organization
that aimed to overthrow British rule through armed struggle.

Legislative Assembly in 1929. Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt threw
non-lethal bombs to protest repressive laws, taking responsibility
for their actions.

mainstream independence movement gained momentum.
Velunachiyar led her troops in guerrilla warfare against the
British, strategically ambushing them in the forests and hills of
Tamil Nadu.
She played a pivotal role in the Polygar Wars, a series of
confrontations between the native polygar chieftains and the
British forces.
Velunachiyar's bravery challenged gender norms of her time,
becoming an inspiration for women to actively participate in the
fight for freedom.
Veeramangai Velunachiyar's legacy endures as a symbol of Tamil
pride and resistance against oppression.
SAROJINI NAIDU: THE NIGHTINGALE OF INDIA

Sarojini Naidu's remarkable talent as a poet earned her the


moniker "The Nightingale of India."
Naidu actively participated in the Indian National Movement,
advocating for India's independence from British colonial rule.
She was the first Indian woman to be elected as the President of
the Indian National Congress in 1925.
Naidu was a strong advocate for civil rights and women's rights,
using her influence to fight against social injustices.
Naidu actively participated in major movements like the Salt
March led by Mahatma Gandhi, contributing her voice and support
to the cause of freedom.
