COMMENTS
• The book not only covers identification and
rectification of stress but it has a very thorough
discussion of ways to effectively overcoming the
stress.
• If you are stressed, whether at work, at home, or in
your social life, you might find this book helpful.

23
COMMENTS
• The author has included plenty of charts and check
lists, as simple as going through lists of events that
might have taken place with you and checking off
“yes” or “no” as to whether or not they apply to
you.

• Others exercises help you to evaluate the levels of

stress in your life, your style of stress
24

management, or how well you cope the stress.

COMMENTS
• In my opinion, this is a very worthwhile book
for anyone who come across any stress
situation in any aspect of his/her life as it will
show the path to overcome that situation.

25
CONCLUSION
This book has method and procedures to cop with
STRESS, in such a way;
• Identifying your personal strengths and
weaknesses.
• Making a commitment to change your life,
• Coping with everyday stress,
• Developing positive communication techniques,
• Creating a personal responsibility assessment for
your thoughts and actions. 26
