Teeth
• We have two types of teeth sets of our life they are: milky teeth
and permanent teeth.
• To avoid tooth decay, pain and infection we need to brush our
teeth at least twice a day and we need visit a dentist once every
month.
• We have four types of teeth:
Incisors-8 Canines-4 Premolars-8
Molars-12
Food Pyramid
Table Manner
• Don’t spill your in food on the table or the floor.
• Don’t over fill your plate with food.
• Don’t speak when you’re eating or drinking.
• Respect your food.
• Don’t play with cutleries
Diet
• Diet is what we eat drink.
• Food is necessary for all humans and animals.
• A balance diet is the diet, which contains all the nutrients in
the correct amount and by having a balance diet we can be
strong and healthy.
• We need to wat because lacking the correct amount of food
can cause diseases.
Food groups
• There are five types of food groups they are: carbohydrates ,protein,
vitamins and minerals ,fat, dietary fiber.
• A nutrient is a substance needed by organism to stay alive and
healthy.
• A healthy diet contains different types of nutrients.
• An imbalanced diet can make us sick and very ill.
• It can cause obesity, starvation , malnutrition and deficiency diseases.
