Types of Leadership Styles
Autocratic Leadership
Autocratic leadership is a style of leadership
where the leader makes decisions and
directives without seeking input or feedback
from subordinates. In this approach, the
leader exercises full control over the team,
giving specific instructions and closely
supervising the work without considering
the opinions or suggestions of others.
Democratic Leadership
Democratic leadership is a style of
leadership where decisions and actions are
collectively determined by the group. In this
approach, the leader encourages open

idea
Transformational Leadership

Transformational leadership is a style of

leadership that inspires and motivates
followers to achieve exceptional
outcomes by fostering a shared vision,
encouraging creativity and innovation,
and providing support and mentorship.
Transactional Leadership

Transactional leadership is a style of

leadership that focuses on the exchange
of rewards for performance. The leader
sets clear goals and expectations for their
team, and in return, offers rewards such
as bonuses or promotions for meeting
those goals. While this approach can be
effective in achieving short-term results, it
may lack the ability to inspire and drive
positive change in the long run.
