Project Purpose

● To renovate a former Baptist Church into an event space that the


University can use as an event space while still retaining the historical
elements of the building
● Main focal points:
○ restore the ceiling, original wood floors, and stained glass.
● ADA-compliant and meet life safety codes with a capacity of 180-200
persons.
