This is a systematized presentation of
data and information regarding the
project.
I. Rationale

This is an overview of the project or

training program which states the
reason for undertaking the activity
and describes expectations on the
outcome of the program which will
ultimately meet the organizational
goal.

organizational and behavioral
attributes or characteristics to
be attained in the program or
during and after the training.

to achieve in implementing the
project.

based on the feasibility that has been
studied collectively
To ensure that objectives are met

make them:

requirements of the project
Follow-Up Work for the Project’s Approval

There are projects which can not

be readily implemented without the
assistance of the organization of
which you see as needed in
carrying out the project or program
A well prepared project proposal is not a
guarantee that the project will be
approved and given necessary assistance.

Follow-up is needed. Here lies the

importance of planning the follow-up
activities that will ensure the project
approval and assistance.
Planning for the Project’s Implementation

The people decided on what

project to implement. This is
subsequently approved by the
agency or the organization
assisting them.
One thing should be kept in mind: The
people should never rush head-on into the
actual implementation of the project . To
do this, the people will have plan out the
pursuit of activities involved in the project
implementation.

What are the objectives of each activity?

Who will be involved in each activity?
Where will it be done? When? How? The
form outlined here can be a useful guide.
