Collage is made by adhering flat
materials such as newspaper or
magazine cut - outs, printed text,
illustrations, photographs, cloth,
string, etc. to a flat surface.

Assemblage is an artistic form or
medium usually created on a
defined substrate that consists of
three-dimensional elements
projecting out of or from the
substrate. It is similar to collage, a
two-dimensional medium.
DECALCOMA

Decalcomania is a decorative
technique by which engravings and
prints may be transferred to pottery or
other materials. A shortened version of
the term is used for a mass-produced
commodity art transfer or product
label, known as a "decal".

Decoupage is a creative technique used to decorate various


objects by cutting out pictures from various papers or napkins
and applying them with glue in layers onto an object. This
technique can be used to decorate various objects made of
wood, glass, plastics, etc.

Is the technique of rubbing with crayon or pencil on a piece of paper which has been placed over an
object or an image; impression of the image can be created using leaves, wood, wire screen, or metal
with embossed image or words. (French: “rubbing”), in visual arts, technique of obtaining an
impression of the surface texture of a material, such as wood, by placing a piece of paper over it and
rubbing it with a soft pencil or crayon, as for taking brass rubbings; the name is also applied to the
impression so obtained.
MONTAGE
is used for photography or film where a pictorial
image is juxtaposed or placed overlapping to make
another picture or design. An assembly of images that
relate to each other in some way joined together for
artistic effect or to show more of the subject than can
be shown in a single photograph. A montage
sequence is a type of film editing that condenses
time. The most common use for this technique is to
show sequences of events from the past, present, or
future.

TRAPUNTO
Trapunto is a type of needlework or quilting
technique used to create a raised, three-
dimensional effect on fabric. It involves stuffing
a layer of batting or other material into small,
quilted areas, creating a raised surface that adds
texture and depth to the design. The term
"trapunto" comes from the Italian word
"trapungere," which means "to embroider."
DIGITAL
APPLICATION
Digital application artwork is a type of art that
involves the use of digital tools and software to
create and manipulate images, grazphics, and other
visual elements. It is created using a computer,
tablet, or smartphone, and often involves
specialized software such as Adobe Photoshop or
Illustrator. Digital application artwork can take
many forms, including digital paintings,
illustrations, 3D models, animations, and graphic
designs.
MIXED
MEDIA

In visual art, mixed media describes artwork in which more than one medium or
material has been employed. Assemblages, collages, and sculpture are three common
examples of art using different media. Materials used to create mixed media art
include, but are not limited to, paint, cloth, paper, wood and found objects.
