ADDIS MELA MIXED USE BUILDING
• Mela is a luxury building located at the
heart of Addis with a breathtaking skyline
view of the surrounding area, a walking
distance away from major restaurants,
pubs, and various other tourist attractions
in the city, including the brand new and
popular Unity Park Zoo and museum,
which is only a 2-minute drive away.
Shopping malls being only 2 minutes
away makes for convincing shopping.
INTRODUCTION

• From ground -3rd floor commercials
and offices 4th -7th residential, the last
floor have terrace
PARKING

 There is only outdoor parking which block


entrance
 and also commercial shops view and it make
the place a bit crowded.
 Appartement ,commercial places and buyers
should have different parking instead in this
site they all use the same parking.
Circulation
• Users use the same entrance ,same lift and
same stair.
• There is no service lift.
• They have card to access the appartement
floors of the buildings which is 4th-7th.
• The good thing about it is ,it’s easily
available which means it’s not confusing

 The appartement used as a gust house
(mela guest house)
 There are single and twin bed bedroom
 Have good circulation area and get a
natural light, natural ventilation.

 There are columns which is in the middle of


the space they treated that well by putting
furniture's and using other methods.
ENTERANCE
 The entrance is located at the center of the building and it's
emphasized by steeping back and have corridors ,but
because of the Cars that is parked in front of it is not easily
noticeable.
 And all of the interiors get enough natural light.

 In the kitchen thy us artificial(mechanical) way


to ventilate the area.
