2. Offered prices will vary depending on duration of the campaign.
3. This rate is excluding VAT. VAT will be applied as per Government Policy.
4. 1 CPM = 1000 impressions.
5. If client AIT @ 4% on total bill before adding ASF (Agency Supervision Fees) and these depository challan will
be to the name of Media (ex, Daily Prothom Alo).
6. If Client @ 10% on ASF (Agency Supervision Fees) that is added in bills and these depository challan will be in
favor of Annex Communications Ltd.
7. Official work order needs to be issued for the confirmation of the booking.
8. Client needs to make payment including 15% VAT.
9. Agency will issue Mushak-6.3 in favor of the client. Creative's are due 5 business days before launch date.
10. Ad formats: jpeg/gif/png/swf (with click TAG). Maximum weight limit for creative(s) is 100 KB.
11. All the advertising space mentioned above will be provided based on availability.
12. All reserved products will expire in 14 days without a signed contract.
13. Changes may in the website and can be cancelled/hold advertisement(s) from the schedule date in case of
emergency/ unavoidable situation or change the advertisement space.
14. Official work order must needed to proceed.
