• Emaar Olympics (sports challenges to Emaar owners across three
projects)
• Points for top CSAT rating requesters to have special discounts
• Dinners vouchers invitations
• Handover gift vouchers for Housekeeping and pest control
• First resident per village gift vouchers (move on free)
• Kids carnivals
• Special discount/ rates for Emaar owners over our hospitality
facilities .

appreciation as a major reason for leaving. It’s a shame, because a good employee
reward system is one of the most cost-effective drivers of employee engagement
and retention. And a points-based rewards system taps into employee
motivation to take you even further.
What is an employee recognition and rewards

Why do you choose this
idea?

•The primary objective of the Emaar staff is to guarantee

the comfort and prosperity of our clients and we can
believe organizing event’s calendar is a valuable avenue
to achieve our purpose.
•As, Emaar Misr is leading the industry in Egypt. We
produced an idea that has not been implemented in
Topic No. of
Egypt. To facilitate the lives of Emaar’s clients to
emphasize our founder’s direction. requests

How can self-awareness with
disc model help you with your
project?
•Emaar Events’ Calendar is connected to the DISC model as each type will
benefit as follows:

•Dominance: They will really like to deal with an App rather than a person as it's
more direct with no errors.-> our app will be accurate, straight to the point and
will save time.
•Conscientiousness: will be very comfortable dealing with an App as it's precise
and systematic straight to the point giving all the facts he needs, and the data is
saved for his reference and this is all they need.
•Influence: They will have a very organized way for knowing the events and the
number of attendees. As, this will be the perfect opportunity to socialize, and
never miss an event.
•Steadiness: Emaar Events’ Calendar, will admire the effort and the idea of
having an Events’ Calendar. They will be encouraged to attend. Well-organized
and stable living environment where each small detail is accounted for; which
will make them proud of living in Emaar.
