OVERVIEW
Document control is an integral part of an overall project success. Document and data management is a
common service to Arcadis commissions which typically utilises online platforms that enable seamless
transmission of project files across stakeholders.

With GEC, we can collaborate in having full control on all project submittals and transmittals (drawings:
MEP, Structural, RFI, Architectural, Landscaping, etc.), manage document registers and provide reports
and updates. We do this by being introduced to different platforms such as:

1. ProjectWise
2. BIM 360 Document Management
3. BuilderStorm

GEC is given the opportunity to take responsibility for these tasks as an extension of UK capacity with the
availability of online solutions. Given the digital approach to document management, GEC can diligently
track and maintain project data and files regardless of software and platform ownership.
