Clara: Good morning.
Brad: Good morning, Ms. Watson. Welcome aboard.
Clara: Thank you.
Brad: By the way, what do you think about your room and the office?
Clara: I love the room. It’s spacious and well equipped. What I like the most is this huge desk. But I don’t
really know about the office.
Brad: Why don’t we have an office tour? I’ll show you around.
Clara: Sure. That’s very kind of you.
Brad: On this floor, there are six different rooms, two manager’s rooms, three small meeting rooms and a
common area, and a small pantry. The rest room is at the corner next to the meeting room. To go to the third
floor, you can take the stairs over there beside the marketing manager’s room. Shall we go upstairs?
Clara: Ok. What rooms are there on the third floor?
Brad: There are our Director’s room and his secretary’s room, and the Finance Manager’s room. Beside the
secretary’s room is the boardroom. The Finance Manager’s room is across from the secretary’s room.
Clara: Sorry, I didn’t catch that.
Brad: The Director’s, Finance Manager’s, and Boardroom are all on the third floor.
Clara: I see. Where can I find the photocopy room?
Brad: The photocopy room is on the second floor, behind the common area. So, what do you think?
Clara: The place is certainly a nice place to work. Thanks for showing me around.
Brad: Any time.
