• Inspected whether all the display given by the company are in order.
• Discussed with merchandiser regarding the missing display
parameters.

Green call
• Modified the PC’s Pitch for Green call which increased the amount of conversion
rate also made a pitch for myself.
• Conversion of green call was improved when I went on the beats with PC’s
• Daily PC evening report was maintained in order to track the Green call and
movement.
