• I am pleased with the turnout of the salsa, and the process was easier than I expected. I am surprised with
the dehydrated strawberries because my oven’s lowest setting is 170 degrees, so they were done in about 3
hours instead of 6. However, they stuck to the foil I placed them on. I used aluminum foil because I don’t
have parchment paper on hand, so I wonder if I should have sprayed the foil or if aluminum foil is just not
the right substitute. I will have to try dehydrating the strawberries again until I get it right because the flavor
was actually good!
