Use your own words to express

said by another person. Putting it
into your own words can clarify
the message, make it more
relevant to your audience, or give
it a greater impact.

stating (or reflecting) those
feelings back to the person
or client.

Reflecting meaning (combining feelings and content) Listening
accurately to another person and reflecting the essence of both

Your conclusion should summarize the
ideas and opinions you have described
in the body paragraphs. You should
describe what you have learned through
your analysis of the experience or text
and areas for further learning. It is
important to never introduce new ideas
in the conclusion of a reflection paper.
