bulky XML files, which were basically cluttered and obviously left the users prone to
making mistakes while updating, resulting in incorrect data that could lead to project
XML Data Parser deadlines being extended. Additionally, there was no user-friendly method available to

Background: A retail chain with multiple stores receives a high volume of invoices from
vendors for products purchased. Previously, the invoices were manually processed and
entered into the accounting system, which was time-consuming and prone to errors.
Additionally, the manual process made it difficult to track and analyze the data, the ability
to make informed decisions.
SOLUTION: The prebuilt AI model for invoice processing captures important invoice data to aid in automating the processing of
invoices. The invoice processing model is optimized to recognize common invoice elements such as the invoice ID, customer details,
vendor details, ship to, bill to, total, tax, subtotal, line items and more. In addition, the prebuilt invoice model is trained to analyze and
returns all the text and tables on the invoice.

collaborating this huge data manually is cumbersome and reading the data and drawing a conclusion

will it be ready , identify the priority parts, make sure that the part scheduled for release on a week is completed as expected, if not

Background: Each week a list of component with issues on which the team must work is shared
from Tainan factory, team needs to work on a selected number of component based on a set of
criteria also taking priority into account. This list should be determined for a specific interval of time
which is susceptible to change. Handling this manually and integrating with different data sources is
time consuming as this must be updated every day.
Below is a new platform developed on Power BI for assisting the users to analyze, track and manage the top Material
Notification List based on the selected criteria. By doing so the users would be able to narrow down the list of component on which
they have to work on. The set of filters are also helpful for achieving the same.
