Conducting our Gap Analysis

• To get to the heart of the matter, we need to collect data to see


what is happening with our group of volunteers
• We collected data in 2 ways
• Open-ended survey to all 40 volunteer employees & 10 paid
employees
• In-depth interviews with the paid employees and 10 long-
term (at least 24 months as a volunteer) using the
information learned from the surveys
