    • 1. ACCIDENT: Sudden, violent, fortuitous and unforeseen action
    of an external agent that causes traumatic bodily injuries which
    can be determined by physicians in a sure way, endured by the
    Policy Holder beyond his/her control. Any events in which the
    foregoing conditions do not occur simultaneously are not
    covered by this policy
    • 2. INSURED PERSON: It is the “Direct Insured Person” and his/her
    family group described in the Offer of Insurance, who may go on
    a trip as tourists, students or business executives, and who are
    protected under this policy.
    • 3. POLICY HOLDER: It is the person signing the insurance policy in
    his/her name and makes the corresponding premium payments.
