INTRODUCTION ABOUT ORGANISATION

 Arista Vault is an innovative technology company that makes smart products and gadgets to create
human life easy simple and safe. It is a worldwide brand having its presence in various technologies
and innovation and R&D.

 The company creates several smart products which help humans in their daily hustle plus ease up
human life with the smart solutions.

 Associated with Govt. of India ministry of electronics and information technology has been incubated
Arista Vault under its innovation and product development program at Electropreneur Park | STPI
(Software Technology Parks of India) in association with |IESA technical |R&D support.
 Project

Catalogue Updation and Affiliate Marketing for Online Sales promotion backed by Google analytics, working on
WordPress websites and sending Promotional e mails and SMS to assist online sales as part of a marketing
strategy for ARISTAVAULT.
 Strategy / Work plan:

For successful completion of the allotted project the organization has divided the time period for completion of the several tasks.
For the first two months I focused on learning about the WordPress, how websites are actually built, key concepts of the several plugins which we use in
WordPress.
Some of the plugins I frequently used and explored during this time period were:
 WooCommerce
 Super Socializer
 Popup Builder
 MetaSlider
 Yoast SEO

For the next two months my main focus was on handling the regular blogs of the website. I contributed several writings on different niches which were
relevant for the company and the website. For the website ranking and SEO part I took command on the google analytics as well and analyzed the in-depth
details about the visitors on the website of the company.
Apart from this I explored digital marketing in the form of sending Promotional e mails in bulk and sending SMS to the different customers in bulk.
Furthermore, I contributed to assist online sales as part of a marketing strategy for the company.
 WordPress
WordPress is a free and priceless web software that users can use for the creation of a website, a blog or
an application. It allows users to transform the website into almost anything that one can imagine, thanks
to thousands of plugins and themes available.

WordPress is used by over 60 million websites and therefore, it is the most popular blogging system in
use on the web. Setting up WordPress Installing WordPress is quite easy because nowadays web hosting
servers have a quick installation for web applications.
If the user did not want to use the quick installation, instead he can switch to install WordPress manually.
A manual installation is slightly harder.
After a successful installation of WordPress, it is the time to implement the created design on the
website. At first, the most needed part a WordPress theme. Thankfully, thousands of themes are available
on the worpress.org website.

When a user visits the store with a refer ID in query string, the plugin saves the affiliate ID and
credits commissions to him/her if this visit turns into purchase. Refer ID will be stored in
user’s cookie for a time that can be set in admin panel; this way, even though visit and

 SENDING BULK EMAILS VIA CPANEL

Mailing lists allow us to send emails to multiple recipients in one go. This feature is very
useful when we need to send a newsletter or another update to a group of people.
Creating a mailing list in cPanel:
cPanel allows you to create mailing lists in several clicks:
1. Log into your cPanel, navigate to the Email section and click on Mailing Lists
2. Choose a email id and click on compose Email.

Google Analytics Overview:

I learnt a lot of tools during my training session. I learnt to work on online websites, to understand the
importance of designing, validating etc. The purpose of this online training is to provide an opportunity
to the undergraduates to learn something new. I observe and practice that how engineering is applicable
in the industries and observed the management practices and to interact with fellow using discussion
boards it is quite easy to work with even sophisticated softwares.

I feel that I got maximum out of that experience also I learnt the things totally new to me plus the
importance of being punctual and putting maximum efforts to achieve results.

The training program in web deigning field and along with learning communication skills like
maintaining websites on WordPress and sending professional emails was a lot more useful than staying
idle. Throughout the complete span of internship, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience
needed to be successful in great as in my opinion now engineering is after all a challenge and not a job.
