Critiques:
● Free access seems to be extremely limited (only 10
responses per month)
● The most basic plan has a price of $25 monthly for only
100 responses
● Some of the creation tools are not super user friendly -
struggled to stack multiple questions
● Unable to answer questions on behalf of others
● Unable to add and adjust answers after users begin to
use - instead have to create a whole new product if
something was forgotten

Tool, Tutor, Tutee

What is Tutor
Tool, Tutee?
As early as 1980, Robert Taylor made note
that computers would play a role in learning
environments. His main beliefs were that
computers could be (a) a tutor - computer
assisted instruction where the computer
teaches the child, (b) a tool- computer
amplifies ability to address academic tasks,
or (c) a tutee - students learn by
programming (tutoring) the computer.

So, now what?
The TypeForm application serves best as a tool for
audience members. This application engages
students to complete their academic tasks in a
creative and fun way. As Taylor stated in his 1980
text, “To use the computer as tutor and tool can
both improve and enrich classroom learning, and
neither requires student or teacher to learn much
about computers”.
