BUSINESS MODEL
 SHOEME is a trendy footwear brand which uses a
business model of D2C and does not believe in the
concept of middlemen which would help to cut
down expenses and will give us room for creating
the best product and help improve the product
quality a lot. Making products directly available for
the consumers will help us build that crucial
emotional relationship and also help the consumers
in building belief towards the company and the
product. Choosing the D2C business model also
would help us in reaching out consumers
complaints faster and in a very effective manner.
BUSINESS AND MARKETING PLAN
 When we talk about marketing, the major aspect which would make it
successful is the USP. In our company, we offer a platform to consumers
where they can customize their shoes as per their preferences. The customers
are allowed to choose their own material, colour combination, design, sales
etc. they can avail this service at our official website or they can even visit one
of our stores or also can avail call services to order their product.
 Our products are initially made available in cities like, Bangalore, Mumbai,
Ahmedabad, Chennai and Hyderabad. We are looking forward to open
multiple stores in other parts of the company too which would depend on the
product’s performance.
 We have also spent on influences endorsement which include social media
stars like Danish sait, tanmay bhat, bhuvan bam.
 There has also been callaborations with regional stars such as yash, vijay, allu
Arjun etc.
 Our major callabs were with IPL franchises such as RCB and CSK which helps
us to tap a major part of the market.
FINANCIAL PLAN
 As you know that we offer consumers with services that can help
them customize their footwear. So as this reason we need to have a
large amount of inventory to meet consumer needs which also
brought a challenge for us to raise a very large investment. But we
were able to meet our financial needs with the help of angel
investors and financial institutions. Till date we have diluted 25 of
equity capital for 72cr and availed loan of 118cr from hdfc bank at a
percentage of 9.8% p.a.
 From the previous financial year of 2022-2023 we have made a
sales of 65cr which is divided such as 20% net margin, 30% gross
margin.
 The growth rate of Shoeme has been very successful and is growing
by 38% every year.
 We will also be looking forward to dilute more of our company
equity to raise investments either in the form of angel investors or
IPO’s.
