 First make a text file of 1MB in C drive.
 Open Cmd window .
 Write command FTP 220.227.20.21
 Username is root.
 Password is relgprs.
 Write ls.
 For Uploading the comnd is –mput txt_file_name.
 For Downloading the comnd is –mget file_name.
 Finally get the Average Speed.
