INTRODUCTION
A chat bot is a programmed computer application created to
mimic human conversation, offering an interactive interface
for questions and tasks. By employing natural language
processing, these bots understand and reply to user inputs,
enabling interactions such as answering inquiries and
executing commands. These virtual aides are adaptable,
integrating into websites, messaging apps, or applications,
enriching user interaction and automating repetitive tasks.
Their capacity to comprehend and produce human-like
responses simplifies communication, providing users with a
smooth and effective means to access information and services
across diverse domains, including customer support and
entertainment.
