Give team members ownership- let them make their
own decisions and be accountable for their work-
building at the same time their self- esteem because the
person sees work differently in a way that his/her
performance can be impacted by their work
Set communication expectation- effective
communication can prevent misunderstandings
Incorporate team building exercises- if they come along
with each other will be aware of their strengths and
weakness and thus they can be more efficient
How to inspire productivity in teams
Give them incentives – employees work
best when they have a reason to do , they
want their efforts to be appreciated
Give each other feedback- encourages open
dialogue that will make future collaboration
easier- learning from their weaknesses and
become better and more productive

1. Decide on the form of communication. (Individual, Dividing Tasks or work as a
Team) Create communication-friendly space: set the example, encourage social
interaction, keep door open.

communication between intro and extroverts.
