Bringing Living Proof to Life
Quality And Traceability Is At The
Heart Of Our System
Avonmore Pure Irish Butter is made from the milk of grass-fed cows in
Ireland. The rich Irish pasturelands that our dairy cows graze on help
to make one of the softest, most spreadable butters in the world with a
unique golden hue.

Butter From Grass-fed Cows
The Nutritional Facts
Studies have shown that a number of bioactive ingredients are naturally higher in the milk of
cows that graze on fresh pastures than that of grain-fed animals
– including higher levels of conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs).
Butter from grass-fed has higher omega-3 and lower omega-6 and therefore has
a better ratio of these fats compared to non-grass-fed.

How Our Butter Is Made
Our highly efficient butter operation, combined with our quality milk pool, allows us
to serve markets all over the world with exceptional butter ingredients and branded
butter products.
